Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez, is the world’s leading project management guru. He is the creator of concepts like the Hiearchy of Purpose, featured by Harvard Business Review. He argues that project management is the lingua franca of the business. He is also the author of The Focused Organization and has been nominated for one of the Thinkers 50 awards.
Mr. Nieto-Rodriguez is a professor at the prestigious executive education school Duke CE, and other leading business schools such as Instituto de Empresa, Solvay and Vlerick. He has delivered executive programs to leaders of more than 30 multinationals on how to improve their strategy execution and project management capabilities.
He is also a regular keynote speaker at international events, where he speaks on the strategic value of project management. Mr. Nieto-Rodriguez has been featured in several magazines, including Harvard Business Review, Strategy Business Review, Singapore Management Institute, Project Management JournalR, PM NetworkR and The Economist.
Antony Willers joined SITA in 2013 after 20+ years working for Siemens in a variety of IT and Project Management roles. During his 20+ years, Antony was deployed by Siemens to a number of different countries within Europe and North America.
Experienced in many different market sectors covering networks predominately, but also Back Office, Data Centres, Business Continuity and of course Bids, which ranged in size from £1m up to £2b.
Within SITA, Antony is responsible for the Design, Minor Works and PMO teams at Heathrow Airport on our ITO contract. Which means Antony is responsible for ensuring delivery of approximately 900 projects per year and the associated expense to revenue numbers.
